A healthy diet is one in which you are taking complete calories that are required by your body as per your body mass index. It is not necessary that people who have ideal weight regarding their structure must have an ideal figure. Everyone has different fat storage points in the body where fats accumulate as compared to rest of the body parts. You should reduce food rich in fats, and carbohydrates, and keep your hands off from junk food; this is a sure way of shedding off weight. Also, eat lots of fresh fruit, and vegetables, and drink lots of water that would make your skin fresh, and would detoxify your body.
