It never really got much better. When I was 18, I had a DO align my spine and it popped like crazy. Felt amazing for awhile, but slowly it started to hurt again. I ended up losing my insurance, so I haven’t been back. The vertabrae in my back around my shoulders just below my neck feel bigger than I remember..I’m wondering if they are out of place.
NEEDLESS to say, I need to go to my doctor to have my neck checked out, but that doesn’t explain the muscle pain in my lower back since I was 17. I’m wondering if those tables actually work.
