Body slimmers / shapers – which ones really work?

dolphinsilversea01 asked:Wondering about those body slimmers. There are so many offered online, which one really works? Which one is the best?

I am 5’3″ and look good, just got that belly that I never got rid of from having a child. My boobs have kinda lost their … upness, and I have that bit of fat near the under arms right above the bra line.

Anyone out their have similar issues and have tried a body slimmer/shaper?
And what about sizes? How do I know what size to get?
