cowboy_fan asked regarding Starbucks House Blend:

I like the Breakfast Blend but would like to try something else. Usualy I like the Mild blends. I don’t want anything that tastes like the House Blend. I’m using it in a French Press.

I’ve never been disappointed by Tulley’s or Java…Both sold at my local grocery store. I also know some coffee shops in town that use the Tulley’s and they are very popular. Good luck and Happy Brewing…:o)

Green Mountain coffee is excellent across the board, from the basic Colombian brew to their specialty flavors (offered an Eggnog blend for Christmas that was really incredible). I live in the Northeast and Green Mountain is carried in most grocery stores; however, if you would like more information or a store locator, you could go to http://www.greenmountaincoffee.com.

Mother Parkers. I say that because at a restaurant one time before the theatre the coffee was superb and since I only take my coffee black, I asked the waiter & he told me it was Mother Parkers and they ground it themselves. I started using Mother Parkers then and that was 15 years ago. It’s getting a little harder to find now.

I do like Kona coffee as well but it is hard to find, and very expensive, but worth it.
