Michael asked:I’m 21 and I’ve been having back pain since I was 17. Originally, I had an x-ray and it came back negative, so I was sent to a physical therapist for muscle therapy in my back. It never really got much better. When I was 18, I had a DO align my spine and it popped like crazy. Felt amazing for awhile, but slowly it started to hurt again. I ended up losing my insurance, so I haven’t been back. The vertabrae in my back around my shoulders just below my neck feel bigger than I remember..I’m wondering if they are out of place.
NEEDLESS to say, I need to go to my doctor to have my neck checked out, but that doesn’t explain the muscle pain in my lower back since I was 17. I’m wondering if those tables actually work.

Thanks a lot for this fine article. Looks good to me. I have read a couple of your other posts and found some great information too – just wanted to say thanks there is so much crap out there. It is nice to know that some people still put effort into updating their internet sites. Again thanks for the useful thoughts.
I am a working mom in my mid 20-ties from the Midwest. As a hobby, I run marathons. Thus, I have to suffer from lower back pain oftentimes. After I did run my last run I had to make a break. It was hurting terribly. Now I have thankfully made a return to running. I followed the advice I found here
Many thanks again and carry on your solid work and much success!
