I have read a couple of your other posts and found some great information too - just wanted to say thanks there is so much crap out there. It is nice to know that some people still put effort into updating their internet sites. Again thanks for the useful thoughts. 

I am a working mom in my mid 20-ties from the Midwest. As a hobby, I run marathons. Thus, I have to suffer from lower back pain oftentimes. After I did run my last run I had to make a break. It was hurting terribly. Now I have thankfully made a return to running. I followed the advice I found here
