I have a problem with my 42 inch toshiba HD plasma tv when i turn it on there is sound but no picture is there any way i could fix it?

If you are using RCA cables (red, white and yellow) Check to see if you have the yellow connected. That maybe your only problem. Also, make sure it’s connected to the right input.

    Well, DO CHECK your connections, but the key is to look at your channel numbers, volume bar and/or your menu and if THEY don’t appear on your TV set, then you most likely need the Y-sus board replaced…..

    That’s about the only thing that causes a “No picture /has Sound” problem like you have……
