    It really does help to relax your entire body, I just used one a second ago at my cousins house :) . Plus, you can lock it into full upside down rotation and do crunches :P .

    Nope, not based on a “keg stand”. This stretches the spine, the keg stand compresses it. I wish they had one of these at the gym.
